There are several ways you can order your DVD or Photographs:

Order by Phone: Walk in:	Call: (408) 292 8132 and Stop by H.M. Video and Photography studio. We are open 9:00a.m. to 7:00p.m.
Order by Mail:	To order St.Andrew Talent Show DVD make check ($25) payable to H.M. Video and Photography and mail to 2486 Stevens Creek San Jose CA 95128 by May 20.
	Indicate your favorite photo on your check. One 4x6 of your choice is free with order of your DVD. Order additional photographs:   4x6 - $5 each   5x7 - $9 each DVD orders will be mailed starting end of May.

Due to no flush photography requested some of the photographs may appear not the highest quality.
